If you suspect that your personal information has been accessed due to a theft or breach that occurred outside of Wonolo, you may want to immediately file a police report with your local precinct.

Wonolo reserves the right to close any account and/or cancel any upcoming jobs due to suspicious activity, violation of Wonolo’s Privacy or Acceptable Use Policies, or breach of the Terms of Use.

Can I share a Wonoloer account with another person?

Each person who signs up for Wonolo must maintain his or her own Wonolo account.

Following Wonolo’s Terms of Use, Wonoloers agree to accurately represent their identity and credentials when accepting a Wonolo job. To that end, sharing accounts, or allowing another individual to use your Wonolo account to accept jobs, is not allowed.

If more than one individual is discovered to be using the same Wonolo account, both individuals may be deactivated from the Wonolo platform.

If you are having difficulty accessing jobs or are unable to log into your Wonolo account, please immediately notify our team.

For more information, review the Terms of Use (Section 8.1).

How much cell phone data does the app use?

The Wonolo app uses your device's location services to find jobs near you. On average, the app uses about 25 MB of data per month. So, if you have a 10 GB monthly data limit, the app might use 0.25% of your data. However, the actual data usage will depend on a number of factors that are outside Wonolo’s control, including whether your phone is turned off, whether it’s receiving information only through Wi-Fi, etc.
